New Student arrives from Australia!
After months of waiting I��m finally in Japan!!!
Hi, my name is Jessica and I��m from Australia. I actually finished high school last year however I��ve decided to take a gap year and come to Japan to learn more about the culture and language at Seiritsu Gakuen. Since I came to Japan 2 years ago for the Japan experience I wasn��t as surprised by things such as the millions of cats, high tech toilets and vending machines as far and the eye as see�� as much.
However one of the things that I��ve noticed is that even though I��ve been learning Japanese for 5 years in school I still don��t understand enough to have a conversation with the people in my class. Most of the time I just nodded and pretend to understand what people were saying, unless they ask me a direct question but hopefully my conversation skills will get better and I can come back home and amaze everyone.
I��m really looking forward to exploring and seeing more of Japan, not to mention buying really cool manga supplies that are impossible to get in Australia.
